From customer centricity to human centricity

Do you ever grow too big or too old to do certain kinds of training programmes any more?

No, a big no.

Years and newer experiences add to how you would do the same topic in a different, better and mature way.

As they say in the Gallup strengths world: we move from a raw to a mature version of our talents.

I got my first ever training opportunity in November 2000 when I did my first session in the Gwalior central jail as a 24 year old.

Over a period of time I have done sessions on many other topics as well, including on customer centricity.

That topic has come back for me again after a couple of years. And I am happy to do that session again tomorrow thanks in part to some of the wonderful stories and videos I have collected for the session.

I don't look at it the same way anymore. For me it is all about human-centricity.

This one from Turkey takes the icing on the cake.
