My wish for my friends when they age

I forget now the name of the person who shared this video with me on Whatsapp a couple of months ago. But I certainly agree with the sentiments and wish expressed in the video. I wish the same for all my bachpan-ke-dost and to myself. But as I watched this video all those months ago, it also struck me that it has a deeper meaning that just the dance. It's a great example of the mirror neurons at work. Do you see how the old man's dance became infectious and it triggered three people to join him in the dance and they were trying to match steps with him? In a world where our mirror neurons keep getting triggered unconsciously with all the anger and negativity out there, can we consciously use the principle of mirror neurons to trigger positive emotions in people and make the world an even better place? To say and the do the least, can we more often that not wear a smile and look at people smilingly and nod our head in acknowledgment of their humanity? Wait and see what happens th...
